Payments by cryptocurrency do not go to an attorney and are not held in an Interest on Lawyers Trust
Account (IOLTA). All contributions by cryptocurrency will be considered a gift to Joshua Moon and/or Lolcow LLC
and taxed accordingly. All cryptocurrency contributions will be transferred and held directly in Mr. Moon's
digital wallet, and will be used in his discretion to further the purposes of this website.
Matthew Hardin is prohibited by the rules of professional responsibility in certain jurisdictions in which he
practices from accepting payment for legal services in cryptocurrency.
